"As a professional baker it is hard to find donuts that knock me off my feet and Ruby Donuts makes me a happy dance! I drive 40 minutes to get my repair! The yeast donuts have only the smallest and amazing outer crunch and most delicate inside. Cake donuts are not heavy and dense. The old fashions melt in your mouth! Bismarck! "First of all, the vibe of the place when you step in is very cute. Very much a diner stuck in time which is really cool. I ordered a Master Omlette (Vegetarian) which comes with home fries and choice of toast. The egg is cooked perfectly. Not dry at all. I had to add a little bit of salt but if you add in the home fries it's a great combination. I wish the home fries had a little bit more texture and/or crunchy bits but they were well seasoned. We also had a waffle which was delightful. Great taste and the texture was perfect. Nice crunch but tender interior. All in all, really fun spot to have breakfast."
