"I didn’t catch them on their best day however, they DELIVERED and worked through it and their determination to succeed was far above what most would attempt. "The staff here is wonderful and the food is always a delight. Sign up for the weekly dinner special- it is a three course treat that is seasonal and fabulous. Pascal's is consistently excellent. We love this little bistro."
