What Effy Yu doesn't like about Gong Cha The Boro:
Avoid this Gong cha at all cost. The slowest service ever, waited 15 min for 2 basic milk tea drinks when no other customers are there. Usually you hear blending in Gongcha but no blending here, you can see the syrup coagulating at the bottom. Cutomer service is abysmal. No attention to sweetness, 30% sugar tasted like 130% sugar. Worst boba tea experience, the staffs are not putting their heart and working towards customer experience for our penny we spend!!! Everything is add on here..
