Cozy place in the city center. They speak well. Four stars purely out of disappointment. The institution was called the lounge bar, but everything is bad with the bar. The selection of beer is scarce and what is there is not impressive. The cocktails are not IBA, but according to their recipe and they did not benefit from it. Not bad, and very comfortable. The average price tag for Hookah is 1700, everything is decorated in the loft which creates a separate charm for the establishment. The only negative is the service.
