What Sirvan Kartal doesn't like about Uçhisar Kaya Otel:
We stayed at the hotel for two nights, the location is without any problem, there was Mr. Furkan, Mr. Mustafa and a brother from Adıyaman at the reception, and Mr. Muhammed in the restaurant, they were also doing their job in the best way, the only problem was the gentleman who was the kitchen and kitchen chef. We paid €320 for 20 minutes of soap massage and 80 minutes of medical massage. We didn’t get any soap massage the lady just put the soap on me and then rinsed it. The 80 minutes medical massage was appalling. The masseur was inexperienced, massaged my back across the muscles rather than along the muscles, squeezed the tendons between my fingers and toes which is not “massage” and was painful, hurt the triangular muscles on my shoulder by pinching them with her elbow in an inexperienced manner, massaged my stomach which is not a good practice and made me tensed, didn’t massaged the strand muscles on my neck, etc. Super overpriced appalling service.
