"We spent an evening at the Fig Tree for a birthday celebration this is a gem of a restaurant. The food was spectacular and cooked to perfection. The pictures speak for themselves. "Wow amazing. armed and was supervised by rachael. she explained everything and helped with many asking about intolerances [not me]. the owner/Koch colin even offered at 24 hours, he can change recipes to accommodate certain intolerances. fantastic. ordered half of nachos with chili, beautiful and huge I did my best. the chicken wings were also ordered and were divine. then the main course. crab and cod burger and a half rippchen. again beautiful. the staff cannot be very friendly, attentive and helpful mistakes. excellent food and a good price. atmosphere and music great. the only part of this restaurant is that it is not on the Wirral.! lucky hailsham. good luck for all of you. I'm back. x"
