This little restaurant on the main street of Ucluelet is really worth visiting if you want decent, tasty and real japanese food. Doing a lot of tours in Japan in connection with my job, I have becoming quite choosy when it comes to japanese food abroad, but here is the real thing, like back in Japan.The service were friendly and good as well. read more.

What User doesn't like about Sushi & Noodle Boss:
Food was beyond terrible. The chicken rice bowl was so bad. Not even real sushi rice was used to make the roll. I myself have worked at diffrent types of sushi places and I know every place has a distinct taste that is diffrent from each other, But this one was not good. Heavily overpriced. We stopped by here for 4 days in a row and then realized - it was closed down. Too bad - it seems to have been the only really healthy option in Ukee.

"We visited there as we arrived to Ukee, the food was delicious and excellent service! Very friendly staff, I had the breakfast poutine my husband had the burrito and my kids hotdogs! Little one has renamed his hotdogs as 'The awesome dog '. We walked out very happy and satisfied! Definitely coming back next visit to Uculet."

"We initially tried to get into Heartwood for dinner but realized they had a private event that evening. We settled on brunch the next day and were not disappointed. The cooks put love into every meal. Of course, we had one standard breakfast delicious and the French toast cooked to perfection. Protip: get the housemade jam. It will change the way you think about jam forever."
