I had a traditional Rajasthani Thali at santosh’s. It has daal baati churma, rice, garlic chutney besan gatte, papad and chanch. Taste of daal baati was very authentic. Churma was made in gud rather than sugar. Prices were very reasonable. Staff was very courteous. Ambience is decent not so fancy. View all feedback.

Don’t know why this place is famous. We went out of our way to visit this place because we were enthusiastic about eating authentic daal bati churma in udaipur.Priced at pp, the daal bati thali we had here would be unanimously voted as the worst we’ve (there were of us) ever had in life.The worst daals I have had in my hostel in college, would also pale in comparison to the pathetic daal we were served in the thaali....
