"Expectations more than surpassed: (vegan) family celebration in the clubhouse of the citizens' patrons in Lehrte. I have to admit that my expectations for gastronomy were not too high, among other things, because I feed on vegans and experiencefully “good bourgeois cuisine” is then usually a disappointment. In this respect, I can hardly stress how much my expectations in the “Restaurant Visier” were exceeded with his chef Sebastian Schulze. But “surpassed” alone does not yet describe what I could experience, because I have rarely eaten so well (vegan)! Creatively and tastefully prepared without having at any time felt to have received something different from the other guests. An example: The appetizer, a beef carpaccio, was replaced by a delicious Red Bete Carpaccio with some eggplant a dream! The other gears were also tasteful and visually a revelation. "The “dining room” has changed the owners a few days ago. Patron Sebastian Wilkens did a great job! The menu is small, but everything the four of us had was delicious. The wine list is extensive and offers a wide selection. The interior is cozy and...modern. We sat in the picturesque courtyard very well in beautiful weather. A small sadness with the Filet Steak was quickly and professionally processed. The prices are somewhat steep for Celle, but it is worth it. We're leaving!"
