"Review for the restaurant only. Lovely to find a tasting menu in the highlands with all local ingredients. Decently priced from the perspective of NYC tasting menus. Straight down the middle with the courses, everything was good kind of what’d you expect. Nothing crazy wild/innovative, they played it safe. The wine pairing was also solid no complaints. It was a good experience to find a delicate menu after eating all the piles of delicious seafood! Staff was super friendly as well. "Our favorite dinners (and breakfasts) in Scotland! We had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at The Ferry Inn. It is beautifully decorated! The food was amazing! We loved every plate. Gordon and Anna were such a great hosts! I hope to get back to Scotland some day, and spend more time at The Ferry Inn. We had a wonderful stay!"

"If you're doing the drive on the NE side of Skye, this is a great place for lunch. The location in the hotel is scenic and beautiful, the bar looked awesome, the staff were friendly, and the food was both tasty and artfully presented. Our group had the pea soup, Scotch broth, and french onion soups. All were good. Most of the soup dishes were 8-12 GBP."

"Really busy unusual great cafe in Staffin, Isle of Skye. Staff totally with it so we had to wait over 20 minutes. They do take names to record your wait so don’t miss out on that. Once seated, lovely place, coupled with a youngsters ‘outward bound’ leadership course residential centre. The menu has some unique features and it’s all good. The food was very enjoyable and the staff were good. The facilities were clean. Would we go back? Absolutely. A great place to stop-off."

"We were on Skye for 5 nights and visited this wee gem twice. Not only were the haggis, beeps and tatties delicious the cakes were amazing too. However, it was the meringue that was our favourite. Topped with fresh cream and fresh berries it was to die for. The only meringue that has ever come close to my Mum’s. Thank you Jann and Lewis, we will definitely be back to Dunvegan and back to your wonderful wee bakery."
