"I would give a zero if I could. The food is good. Is it world class no. It?s an interesting take on sushi. It is one of the most expensive restaurants in Ukiah. But it?s their service that ruins the experience. Their service is the absolute worst in Ukiah as well as in any restaurant I ever ate at. I have eaten there 4 times. All 4 times, the service is as the slowest and worst in all of Ukiah. The last time, we got our miso soup, salad and beer after 20 minutes. Then sat there with our water empty and no soy or ginger for 28 minutes. I walked in and the entire wait staff of 5 6 people are gathered in the kitchen and their manager talking while there are tables in the back and 3 customers outside. There is no excuse. I had food at Michelin star restaurants that served food faster. And the sushi here is not any better than Lotus or O'Haru's. I eat sushi every week in Ukiah now. The manager and waiters there needs to understand they work in a service industry. Take care of your customers. Experience is as important as the food is to bring your customers back. I am very disappointed because I heard and read they treat their regulars well and their food is good. Never again at Oco Time."

"I have ate there many times over the years and never have been disappointed. They have a nice selection pretty much something for everyone. Breakfast lunch and dinners are great. Also have nice full service bar good ale on tap and mixed drinks. I'drecommend it. Great customer service. Always nice service."

"Dirty, smells like mold through entire restaurant, dust covered vents falling debri onto food, ants crawling over tables and walls. Most disgusting place to eat in ukiah.. this place needs to be shut down the owner must be as dirty as his uncleaned kitchen. No thanks I will never return!"
