It's a much better underground than the other two in town. That the younger girl has the short hair and glasses that work here, ZERO customer service skills, and always acts open when you ask for small things like a bag or napkins. View all feedback.

I went to order two sandwiches. Not only was I cut off in the middle of ordering (which I dont really mind) I watched two older workers (in their 50s) yell at one small girl who looked to be no more than 15 or 16 all because she wasn’t wrapping the sandwiches fast enough. There are only two Subways in Ukiah. This one by far is my favorite. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, the food taste great.
