I liked a lot of this restaurant in downtown UB near the city center and best hotels. The atmosphere was warm and very classy, and the service professional and courteous. Having eaten here on three separate occasions, I can confidently say that this restaurant is quite appalling. The food is not fitting to the prices charged, even the lunch menu is awful. Service staff are not trained. Management have no idea. On one occasion a patron took it upon themselves to walk into the kitchen and abusive kitchen staff, then feigned a heart condition.
