The place is nice, great atmosphere and good waiters, but the food is not really great (I found that to be hard to find in Ulcinj). We had the mussels, which were not sufficiently seasoned and cleaned. The vegetables and meat dish... the meat was barely there, and strangely, that dish had side potatoes, rice, and fresh tomato... why potatoes AND rice? both were not really good, and I would have preferred not to have...
