"We stayed 1 week in this super hotel for hiking. Great was the hiking shuttle service from Chef Zimmer top. Food super delicious! Piece of cake. The sauna area is very relaxing and well maintained. Wellness treatments were also very nice. Top hotel in beautiful location for hiking. We like to come back."

"We stayed here today on Mother's Day and had a reservation. Very well visited, only the very nice service worked uncoordinated and somehow overwhelmed, it clearly lacks a clear organization, which applies to waiting time, competence etc. The quality and selection of the food we have experienced quite differently about 6 months ago, namely really good compared to earlier and also unfortunately again up to date. We are disappointed and do not understand the great supply. In addition, the guest room has come into the years and is no longer contemporary or even modern."
