Not free birthday pastry.The kiosk offered me a free pastry for my birthday month, but all it did was discount the pastries. My free item would cost me $2.50!Oh well. I like Panera and eat there often, but hey, don 't offer something free then charge for it ??? View all feedback.
What Bill Anderson doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Very poor service. Not a friendly environment. Slow preparation and (French Onion soup served cold. Out of ingredients for my sandwich. Had to explain three times that I needed a to go box. I was then told they didn’t have a box just a piece of pater to wrap the left over sandwich in and a bag. This place is a joke. View all feedback.
The manager Geronimo was incredibly nice and went out of his way to ensure that we were having a great dining experience. I highly recommend giving him a raise....
