I placed an online order through DoorDash to pick up after I was off work and had no issues! This was my first time ever trying QDOBA and it was a good experience. I didn't have much interaction with the staff working since I came in to pick up my order and leave, but they did greet me and degreeted me as I was leaving. In terms of food, it was good. What BRENDA doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
Reason why such a low score is number one I noticed one of the server there didn’t have a hair cover over his hairy beard. Very un sanitary . The tables were dirty , condiments area was dirty. The food was OK . It’s disappointing that no one really cares about customer service anymore. Update I sent an email that was posted by the owner and no answer.
