McDonald's - Ultimo

Been in Sydney for 3 days and the people in the service industry have been awesome. Until I came to this McDonald's to have a bite and get out of the rain. The staff are the rudest most impolite people I have met. Want to feel unwelcome, then come here, otherwise stay away. Management needs to do some significant retraining or hiring, unless this is what they were looking for.

If you don't know what Maccas is, then this review probably isn't going to help. Food, tables, facilities exactly as you would expect. Clean and tidy.

I had my first bad experience at McDonald's at Castle Hill, where girls and guys and management had dirt everywhere on benches and coffee machine was disgusting and 2 customers complained and they were not ashamed of their irresponsible approach to a clean and hygienic work place, milk was left in jugs for over 10 minutes and nothing was cleaned In a half hour time frame after waiting for a coffee, management should be replaced

This McDonalds restuarant was absolutely disgusting, the toilet facilities looked and smelt like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks,there was not one cleared or cleaned place at which to sit and have a meal, the only thing going for the place was the speed in which we got our orders.
