"Allow me to begin by saying: This restaurant is nothing short of spectacular. First off, the Sopes de Carne Asada were out of this world. They make the masa fresh and cook it on the Comal. The salsa verde has great flavor with a kick of spiciness. The service was phenomenal from beginning to end. The waitress had such an amazing spirit, and was very attentive. If I weren't from out of town, this would become a regular spot to eat at. Thank you La Estrella!"

"Have eaten here three times last week. (I am recently addicted as this week ok My first 2 experiences were in business and wonderful. Same evening lady both times, no problem with good service or good food! Orders have been made correctly every time. The third experience was the online order with a set pick-up time. Once, the food was ready and the order was completed correctly! Thanks for a great experience. Now I probably won't see for a while, but not because of the experience. It took a week to get back to the diet."

"Local family owned, 50 years plus common gem! my way to order is in the regular a bean-dip super as an appetizer, small ranchito crushed and side of the rice. I didn't even mention her ice, but my quality make sure they order her drink in a cup for a take-home look! To be honest, there are so many different foods that I can eat! my advice, if you are a newbie, is to ask minnie and she will help you."
