I'm not even from here and 1st timer at this McDonald's but not anymore...the kid in drive thru didn't let me.say 2 words and ended the intercom and told me pull around. They messed up my drink which by the way was the only thing I ordered..made it 5 times and paid extra to have it a certain way and couldn't get it right got so mad at me being jerks..all of them!!!! Bye bye mcdonalds in Ulysses..worst ever and manage... View all feedback.
Brought my grandson on a motorcycle ?️ ride stopped here to feed him. The food was great, service was good and I'll be back
Fries were cold and had to get fresh ones. Argued with me about it.
Seems that they have Racial views towards AA and other NONE Mexicans in their hiring process.
Terrible experience. It took 38 minutes to receive a drive-thru order that was incorrect. I will not be returning.
I’m not from the area and this was my first time at this McDonald's, but it will definitely be my last. The person at the drive-thru didn’t even let me say two words before cutting off the intercom and telling me to pull around. They messed up my drink— which was the only thing I ordered. They made it five times and I even paid extra for a specific preparation, but they just couldn’t get it right. I was really frustrated with how rude the staff was— all of them! Goodbye to the McDonald's in Ulysses; this was the worst experience ever. To make things worse, the manager, a short Spanish lady, was rude as well. I'm not sure if she was frustrated because of a language barrier or if she was just genuinely upset with me, but it was shocking. If I ran that place, I would have fired her without hesitation, because I would never tolerate that kind of treatment in my own business.
