"I liked the meal as always, and the real meal came on time, other than the milkshake that ruined all the good service I had for the meal. I didn't know it can take up to 25 minutes of my time, and it was not appetizing as it has not been neatly pored into the container, and the lady did not bother wiping it, she gave it to me as untidy as it was"

"I was using the drive through thinking it would be quick but the service was so slow,at the speaker where I place my order I waited so long for someone to assist me and eventually when someone answered the quality and clarity of the speaker was terrible I couldn’t make out what they were saying,then when I went to the window to collect my order I saw one of the employees eating nuggets and fries from someone’s order which I think is very unprofessional and very inappropriate because that is someone’s meal that was paid for,also the condition and presentation of my meal was very poor it was as if my burger was falling apart and out of proportion so inconclusion the drive through is very slow and the service is terrible ,this is probably the slowest drive through ever Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1"
