Very nice, clean and centrally located location. Both breakfast and dinner were some of the best we experienced during our trip. Host Daniel takes very good care of the guests and has many contacts with local restaurants and guides for trips to the Sani Pass. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Great value View all feedback.
What Pasqualina Wallas doesn't like about The Old Hatchery Waterfall:
No atmosphere at all. One waiter having to serve 4 tables. Manager did not introduce or ask if our food was acceptable or that we were happy at any stage. Had to ask for our bill as the waiter was on the computer at the counter. Our dishes were not taken away when we did get our bill. Will not be returning in a hurry. ..
