What Mike Dociu likes about Coffee Cup:
The coffee cup has been around for decades. First started going there on Rice street probably 40 years ago. This new place on Randolph still has the same menu for the most part. However the service is nothing like the old place. They are understaffed at times and slow to take your order and too many times our food has sat in the kitchen getting cold while the waitress visits and is inattentive. Been hit and miss late... The food is good but they really have to hire more staff, the service takes a long time, I was waiting 30 minutes to be able to eat and the girl was very rude if you don't want to wait too long, I recommend that you eat somewhere else, the service is terrible. View all feedback.
