This hotel is my husband's and my favorite place to take a night away for ourselves. The rooms are great. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff are fantastic. Great restaurant, very nice lobby, awesome little 24-hour convenience store-lots of snacks, and everything from laundry soap to shaving supplies. Staff was crabby and never said hi. There was no TV remote in room and when staff was told they said they would work on it but never got one. The room was dirty when we arrived, dirt on walls and in bathroom. The room next to us had put trash out in the hallway as the rooms only get cleaned every 5th day and it sat in the hallway for almost 2 days. It was still there when we left.
