Bad : Menus and the condiments are filthy, sticky, and dirty. The cook I watched with the same gloves grabbed food, opened a refrigerator, opened a freezer, touched everything in the cooking area, and the cross contamination made my stomach drop. We had to order our food in store! No one answers the phone! The cashier was slow, she did not know anything at all. She messed up our order three times we entered our credit cards at least 4 or more times! Customers got upset because they had to wait behind us!
