Really nice Panera. Small coffee prep area. Lots of different seating options, very cozy, fireplace, outdoor patio with a privacy wall. Restrooms clean, lots of kiosks, but also helpful staff. Quiet inside! Nice lighting and more Cafe experience than VB Paneras. A few of VB locations need overhauls and deep cleans! View all feedback.
What javier doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Very bad customer service. I came to pick up a mobile order and I asked the guy at the counter bagging orders if they had an order for my name. He said they’re still working on it. It will be out soon. I proceed to watch him bag an order and place it on the shelf. Assuming it’s not mine because surely he would tell me if it was mine because I just talk to him about it.
