What Keith S likes about Bonchon Union:
I picked up food from here. It's a little hole in the wall so it's not much for atmosphere in my opinion, but it was very clean. The customer service was great, one of the girls had trouble hearing me and took the step to ask somebody else to help with the order which I really appreciated. What Jade Ralston doesn't like about Bonchon Union:
Many of the menu items either weren't available or were going to take 40 minutes according to the workers. I don't see how fried rice or a chicken sandwich could possibly take that long or why such popular items would be so unavailable. I asked for bao buns instead of the rice and they said that would also be 40 minutes which doesn't even sound believable at that point. I probably won't order from this location again...
