"One of the worst experiences I’ve had at this particular Taco Bell location which previously had been pleasant up until this point. The cashier didn’t say a word as I pulled up to the window. No “hi.” No smile. Nothing. Complete silence which was just odd as she took my money and handed me the food. Sure. Maybe she’s just tired. I spent over $30 on food that was soggy and of course they messed the order up. I had to drive all the way back; apparently the missing food from my order was just sitting there and they forgot to put it in the bag. The cashier hands me the food which is now lukewarm. She doesn’t apologize. She doesn’t offer a coupon. Nothing. At this point, I’m feeling irritated and asked the cashier for a coupon (not that I should have to ask) She reaches for coupons and hands them to me. As she does, I can hear a male a few feet to the side out of view start groaning loudly; I’m not even sure I can describe the obnoxiously loud noise made and then another male saying “No, no no.” There is zero excuse for this behavior let alone the completely unprofessional attitude and overall service. The coupons are worthless as I won’t be returning to this Taco Bell. Please start training your team members more efficiently in regards to manners as well as making food. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"There are not enough stars for me to evaluate this place. I visited it 4 or 5 times in the last two weeks. Here's my short review. Detailed one to follow. 1. Clean. Everywhere. Tables, floor, counters, self-service drink area, toilets (can eat almost from the floor), parking, customers cleaned tables like 'bread company', but still clean. 2. Best Cheesburger I had on earth in my 65 years. Except this is my mother. 3. The best strawberries Sunda I had. Simple and simple. 4. Best mushroom appetizer I ever had. Simple and simple. From my conversations with some local clients, the brain I picked during the there. This place was here and everyone knows about it. I don't know why I didn't. Oh, to make orders. And. I never waited for 5 minutes after the order. Oh, the photo of these pictures on the wall are actually awarded the 'The Missourian' awards, and selected by the readers and those who visit this place."

"The service is horrible. My husband and I met some friends there earlier tonight, a Monday no less, and we waited 40 minutes to order drinks. Then the snooty waitress walked away, not even taking our order. we walked out and we wwren't the only ones to leave very unhappy. We will not go back and we will make sure to spead the word so no one else has this bad experience."

"Nicole was waitressing, answering phones and delivering meals for the whole place and still had time to be friendly. She rocked. I had the seasonal salad with chicken, very good. My husband had chicken salad sandwich which was good too."
