Went on 2 consecutive Saturday evenings. The staff was warm welcoming, amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel like I was a valued consumer. The plethora of ice cream flavors available to choose from made choosing a very difficult task. What Chris doesn't like about Emma's Sundae Fundae:
The ice-cream is awesome. I don't mind paying for a premium product. The service however leaves alot to be desired. The only time I've gotten good service was when Amber waited on us. This probably is not isolated to this place, Union's customer service is terrible. Come on Union, let's find some pride again and start caring about our customers. View all feedback.
