I ordered chicken adobo and commented to my filipino friend that I picked it because it was a safe choice considering I had never had bad chicken adobo...well I guess there's a 1st time for everything because there's was terrible. dry, overcooked chicken and adobo sauce that had no vinegar/soy sauce flavor.
