Domino's Pizza - Union City

Idk why this place has bad pizza I tried it 4x and always they are so stingy on the

Poor customer service. Employees don't know how to talk with customers they are very rude. Parmesan bread bites does come with sauce and he was saying no it doesn't they don't even know this idk who hired them when they don't know ****. Don't recommend this place at all.

I used to love Domino's pizza, but recently, I've noticed a change in the staff and a significant drop in the quality of their pizza. During my last order, they delivered an uncooked pizza, which was incredibly disappointing. I ended up having to order from another Dominos pizza in Hayward. I hope the owner takes notice of these issues, as they might lose business if this continues. I am truly disappointed with the recent decline in quality.

Crew member is rude over the phone, i was doing follow up, and said maam can you just please wait, and hang up lol . delivery is more than an hour

Cheap pizza and even cheaper customer service. So I ordered a medium hand toss pizza with just cheese and jalapeños pepper with a 8 piece hot chicken wings with one sweet mango habanero sauce. I go inside and pay and ask for some plate and the Indian cashier just says no. Like I'm pretty sure it's not company policy to deny customers some paper plates especially when they bought pizzas. Surprised this place got two stars and not one.
