I encountered a very rude woman who identified herself as the manager. I understand that not every employee can be cheery all the time, but walking away from me in the middle of my order to attend to another woman, who clearly seemed to be prioritized over customers, is completely unacceptable. I put my leg on the chair and the Indian official came and said this is not your toilet, he was rude and took the chair away. this was such a weird and bad behavior, it made my mood go down. though he could only politely say it. He chose to be rude. sometimes behavior is more important than food.
This is the nicest Dunkin' Donuts I've been in for years. Very clean, nicely arranged, stylish, and service was friendly, good, and excellent milkshakes.
The girl that works in the evening around 8pm is rude and wants to fight customers. I simply asked her to confirm the order and she got loud with me and even made reference to me being a black her in her native language (cali) as if I would not understand what the word means. She is very unprofessional and very bad for business.
