Dunkin' - Union City

As a service member, I came into the restaurant specifically to buy ice cream for my children. However, I was disappointed by the cashier's unprofessional behavior. She was swearing in front of customers and complaining about work hours being cut. When I tried to place my order, she even had to check if there was ice cream in stock before continuing. It was clear that she was upset about something as she went to make a phone call instead of focusing on serving me. Overall, the restaurant lacks proper customer service and I will not be recommending it to others.

There was a fly on the donuts and when I mentioned it, they acted like they didn't care. The customer service was poor and you had to make your own drinks because they weren't offering anything.

I enjoy visiting this Dunkin Donuts. They have excellent coffee and service. The lobby is currently being renovated, so I am excited to see the improvements when it's complete.

The cashier was extremely rude. I wish I had gotten her name but she was of what appeared to be a foreigner. You know its bad when your child says she is rude. She definitely needs customer service training.

I asked for the cookie butter cold foam on a spiced sugar cookie latte and they gave me a regular vanilla iced latte with whip cream lol . I wasn’t mad I still enjoyed it but if you’re gonna charge .70c extra for cold foam at least give me cold foam lol not whip cream.. big difference.
