Always love stopping at Higher Ground when we're in West TN. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The coffee is great. We're always happy to support this local business!

We haven?t been through Union City since probably 2014 but I still keep Higher Ground starred on my google maps. That?s how good it is. If you?re ever in Union City, TN this is the place to be for amazing coffee and great service.

Worst place ever. Ordered two drinks and a muffin warmed, no price given at the speaker, then I get to the window and they asked me again what I ordered, I told them and they over charged me, it was only $2.50 for the drinks each but they were charging me$4.50 each, whatever I paid, get my muffin it?s cold, not even warmed after telling them 3 times, then the drinks were wrong.Took 4 people at the window to understand what?s wrong, finally I told them to just forget it, and I asked for a refund. Thestaff had no idea what their drinks were nor their prices.

My partner said her coffee was delicious while I had an excellent London Fog. The tea appeared to be loose then placed into a sachet for my cup, not pre bagged. Overall, a very tasty drink with just the right amount of bergamot to my liking. We'll visitagain the next time we're in the area.

The coffee drinks were just OK and about standard. The service was kind of slow, so there was a bit of a wait for our order.
