it is wheelchair accessible, although a little tight in the dining room between the tables, but they have us very fast for 9 people, one of which was in a sessel. eating was fresh, good selection of vegetarian dishes. the negative is that the place was dirty. müll on floors, plates, glasses, cutlery were not the cleanest, bad was quite foul. our waitress was very good, gave great service. call us and command my food. I had someone to pick up my order for me. I have my order and there were no garlic butter on request, no additional crumbs on request and no fresh parmesan over my entree or salas on request. read that is fundamental when the girl who took my order insert it correctly. I called 15 times in a 20-minute period and couldn't get ananswer. very disappointed! View all feedback.

"This place is loud! Used to be an old bowling alley. They need to put some acoustic dampeners on the walls. But it is a great place to eat. Food excellent. Service was good. They were extremely busy on a Saturday night. I recommend to go early or else wait in line."

"I went to get four vegetables burritos today (customized). The little young Mexican girl work at front has an attitude and cannot listen enough to take an order. She messed the order up twice. Then they barely give you enough food for what you pay for. I say no cheese and they bring it back out with burnt cheese around the edges of the burritos. Overall, I’m never returning to Patio Grill. This the second chance I gave Patio Grill to get this right. The front desk girl is rude, they rush and get orders out when it’s not necessary. That is how you lose business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
