You do not get the soup broth with your meal when you order togo, and for $15 for a rice plate you should. It's good, but it's not that good. The place above the street is just as good, but also over the same price, I think it is called Pho VN... somehow your best value Vietnamese food bet gets the Banh Mi on Cam Hoang (other side of Dyer), they also have a steam table selection.
