What User doesn't like about Rose Garden:
The food wasn't good at all. I ordered a lunch with beef broccoli with roasted rice, I got steamed rice instead of roasted rice somehow. And the cattle broccoli was terrible. The carrots were still hard. And it just had no taste. The service is also annoying. Really good Chinese food is available at Jin Tsing Restaurant in Oakland. No one beats the food there.
