Super disappointed in this location. I like American deli as a whole, however I called and placed an order at this location and told the gentleman I would be there in 20 minutes. I showed up 22 minutes later and he immediately went back and told his cook to start cooking my meal because he'd either forgotten or whatever. So I'm standing there watching my food being cooked.
