Came here Sunday for lunch. There were not many people and we didn’t have to wait to get seated. Food arrived quickly and the ramen broth (for both golden kome and silver shiro) are a bit salty for me. I prefer Silver Shiro because it’s lighter and less salty. What Irene Guan doesn't like about Ramen Misoya Markham:
The flavour of the ramen was good and I really liked the miso eggs, but the chashu was fairly bitter from the char and eventually made the broth bitter as well the longer it sat. We waited around 30 minutes to receive 2/3 of our appetizers and maybe another 15 for the ramen, and we had to ask for our 3rd appetizer later on.
