What Lena likes about Auntie Anne's:
The pretzel nuggets I got last weekend were some of the best I’ve gotten. They were warm and fresh. Staff was nice and helped with my BOGO coupon from the app. I came around 5pm. If you want a pretzel and the line is short, join in because it gets long a few minutes later. The plain lemonade was also good. I would get again. View all feedback.

What Jennifer Pineda doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
Extremely hard pretzels!!!! As someone that used to work for auntie Anne’s this is not it!!! You can tell they’re lazy and don’t replace the pretzels that have been out for a while. Cashier was super nice and you can tell he was there to work but the guys in the back making the pretzel’s were extremely immature. If I’m paying almost $6 for a pretzel it should not be hard!!!
