"I did not really eat Korean food during my 2 weeks in Japan, so I was craving Korean food. I've known of the bb.q Chicken chain for a while now, and I saw they had a branch in Alhambra. I cannot eat a ton of fried chicken on my own, but I saw that this restaurant had other dishes as well. I decided to come here and give bb.q Chicken a try.They had a free soda with Yelp check in. My wife got a diet coke, and I ordered water. The restaurant gives complimentary pickled radishes. The staff are very nice and friendly.My wife ordered the tteokbokki, whereas I got the kimchi fried rice. I was torn between the fried rice and the bulgogi poutine, but I also knew I wanted rice, so I got the kimchi fried rice. My wife and I shared our dishes. The tteokbokki was good, sweet and spicy. The rice cakes were a nice texture. The kimchi fried rice was also solid, but a bit spicy for me.Given how close it is to me, I will definitely come back in the future to try their fried chicken."

"Do not expect anyone to answer your phone call.... (I had a question regarding a missing item there left a hat behind when I left before closing hr I was straight up ignored yesterday and today when I called during business hours. "A little disappointed to have tried out the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea. Personally, just not to my taste . The oolong in it was fragrant and noticeable as always (as I prefer) but the peach felt more like a scent than an actual taste, if that makes sense? I feel like if Id gotten it with the cheese foam like many have recommended, Id like it more but even so, I think Id still order either my usual or something else next time. For reference: Im usually a 0%/25% to 50% kind of boba customer w/ a few notable exceptions up to 74% for say, the Thai tea."
