Birds has some of the best BBQ in the state possibly even in the world. The pulled pork sandwich is absolutely delicious and the ribs are always so tender, the meat falls off the bone. The customer service is always great. Everyone is friendly no matter the day or the time. I have zero complaints about this place in the many times I?ve been there. The food has always been really good. My issue is how rude the staff are (NOT all of them). It seems to always be the the one answering the phone to take orders, but has been in person too. I?ve also known a number of people who have worked there in the past and their horror stories about how the owners treat their employees.
