Not a bad place for breakfastI like that they have a "light eaters" section since I only eat breakfast because I have to lol.

Just stop this place is NOT goodDon't know how anyone would give it starsI agree with another poster that the chicken fried steak was inedible.

"Stopped here in Auburn on our drive from Sacramento to Lake Tahoe. Super neat little mining town with a rich history and then this great cafe spot! The coffee, breakfast sandwhich, and avocado toast we had were superb. Loved the layout of this place with the additional upstairs seating, side yard, and balcony, plenty of options. It's counter order and they bring out any food to your table. They have a sort of open concept kitchen so you can watch the food prep. The place has a lot of character and would definitely visit again along this route on a future trip."
