What a lovely placeI've been meaning to come here basically since they moved from the CBD into the old Environs building and it took me way too long.

A quirky little restaurantWas packed and understandable as the food was amazing probably the best Japanese food I've had outside of Japan.

"Had the best top-of-the-slopes lunch here that I have ever had on a ski trip. I would recommend getting here very early in the day to get a seat. The 1st time we went, there was nothing available. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. We chose indoor due to the weather conditions when we went and had a lovely experience. The steak panini was very tasty and they have a very good selection of wines. Service: Dine in"

"Awesome little spot! Well worth the short walk from the train. Great food, wonderful service. They have nice little tables outside in the shade too. The hamburger and the BLT were delicious. The fresh cut curly fries and peach pie are a must. We will be back!"

"I always make sure to stop by Siam whenever I’m in Telluride. The pad see ew is vegan and it’s so good! The server did give me a heads up and let me know that the Pad Thai is *not* vegan because it contains fish sauce and shrimp paste. Just so you know!"

"Ouray Colorado didn't disappoint with the views or the food. This restaurant was delicious! We sat outside by the fire and it was such a nice evening! The Brussels sprouts were amazing and my wife loved the dessert she ordered. My only Caveat is that it's pretty pricey. But the food and views were good so we were fine with it. The service was also solid so if you're in town this is good dinner spot!"
