"It was great, they can not visit skagway alaska and do not have at least once king crawling bone. the food was great. crab legs halibut fish and chips and oysters. what made it extraordinarily better was lilly. she had a nice smile, very attentive and super friendly. She's great. some can say is expensive, but not daily. Try it."

"Found this gem last July, 2022, from a recommendation of one of our tour guides. And had to come back this trip for more great food. The nicest people/servers!, great food I had the halibut fish and chips. Try the Spruce Tip Ale, one of their best. Got a seat right away and enjoyed the lunch. We will be back next time in Skagway."

"My review is a bit late as I’m just catching up on all of our stops on our trip While the rest of the town was a mad house we stumbled into Northern Lights with no wait by some miracle. We ordered the house pizza with a salad as well as fish and chips. Pizza was full of flavor. Salad fresh and we left full and happy. Service was slow at first, but ended well. Just what we needed to get us through the rest of the night. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Pizza"

"Meet historic building that used to be a brothel. They still give tours of the upstairs, and the downstairs is a bar and restaurant. I know it seems very cliche, but we ordered the pizza and the nachos and it was fantastic. Especially after being on cruise food for several days. They offer a tour for $10. I think our meal was about $25 total. Which is not bad considering you were in Alaska My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what I expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special whether it was service, food, staff, etc., and a 5 means I was blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing with no offer to correct the experience and a 1-star rating was terrible"

"Pup friendly on the outside patio. Great views. Lots of beans in my chili, which I love. Huge, flavorful wings even before they put the Franks hot sauce on. Great, friendly service. I would recommend this place, especially if you were trying to avoid the cruise crowds by the ships as we were."

"Klondike Doughboy was absolutely AMAZING! Nothing like huge fired bread covered with cinnamon and sugar! This place bounced!! The staff (mostly from young adults) was friendly, friendly and helpful, although you could say that they moved as fast as they could accommodate all customers in the store. Definitely a place to visit your To-do list when you visit Skagway!"
