Given the state of the food service industry I have to say this has been a pleasant experience the last couple of weeks. Despite it being after 9:00 p.m. and the shortage of workers and the abundance of customers I order was made correctly, which I almost always get something specific, it is hot not to mention the fact that the drive-thru lady was very pleasant. I really wish there was a option for lower than 1 star. Everytime I go here I expect to get disappointed. It?s very sad because this use to be one of the best Jack in the Boxes because it was locally owned. Seems the owner doesn?t care anymore. Tacos are always old, fries are always hard. I never leave reviews but I really hope this gets someone?s attention. View all feedback.
