What Keith Baker doesn't like about Old Hamlin Restaurant .:
Old is right. Decor so needs updating. Food okay, serving breakfast all day. Lots of hustle with the wait staff. Nearing end of season so may not be up to par. Looked junky with small restrooms. Close to shopping. Parking: Street parking was full but a rather large lot behind the restaurant and other stores available for 8 hour limits. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch View all feedback.

Customers rave about the exceptional service, with standout waitresses like Beverly and Aminda providing top-notch care even during busy times. The menu boasts dishes like the beef melt and homemade chicken noodle soup, all served with a side of warmth and hospitality. Guests can also enjoy a delightful salad bar with fresh ingredients and flavorful dressings, along with must-try desserts like the homemade tapioca pudding. While street parking might be a challenge, the large lot behind the restaurant is a convenient option for visitors. Overall, this cozy spot delivers a satisfying culinary experience with reasonable prices, making it a must-visit for those in the area.
