"I eaten here before and it wasn't a good experience, but I was in town again and decided to give it another shot. The bar area server seemed to be the only one that works hard. As for the famous chips and salsa, the salsa was watered down so bad it wouldn't stay on the chips. The steak was badly over cooked and vegetables looked like they were under a heat lamp from the day before. I love Chili's chips and salsa, but not at this Chili's. Maybe 3rd time could be the charm in the future, but I doubt it."

"Had a long trip back and we needed to stop and grab a quick bite. This Braums was understaffed but the crew was on their game. When we got there there were some dirty tables, wet counters and floors, and trash cans were mostly full. We ordered and cleaned up a table. Food came out and was delicious. The toddler loved the tots and the wife and I liked the burger and chicken tenders. About when we were done, the trash was taken care of, floors and tables were clean, and the place was in a much better state. Great job y'all and hats of to all service workers, you are underappreciated, but you truly keep this country going. They also have a small grocery to grab some things which was impeccable and well stocked. Bathrooms were decent but lacking paper towels. With how busy they were, I can't blame them."

"All of you BBQ fans in Northern Oklahoma and Southern Kansas do yourselves a favor and make the drive to Prairie Smoke in Blackwell, OK. You won't regret it and say hi to Phillip , the owner and chef. I normally take photos of the food before I start eating but the aroma got the best of me. This is the leftovers, another complete meal!"
