Super friendly staff, the manager is a jolly big fat guy, who's super nice to his customer's, the food is excellent and they have a soda machine with
Carlos Sarah and the crew are great folkIt is a very clean spot.
Well we walked in here and one person was getting two sandwiches made when we walked in There was no one else in site.

"Been eating her on-and-off for at least 10 years. The food is always seasoned well and tastes good but sometimes it's served cold or dried out. Even during lunch hours. Service has always been friendly so one could simply let them know that the food is cold. Parking can be challenging but not impossible."

"Best saag paneer in the city. i’ve never tried anything else on the menu because it’s physically impossible for me to order anything else when i go here. would love to know how much spinach goes into one order bc it’s so, so dense. sorry to anyone who prefers a watery saag — this is the opposite and it’s perfect"

"The truck was at the Paramus Food Truck Festival over the weekend. Hubby's cousin is a picky eater, but he loved the Brisket Sandwich. Which says a lot : I got the Corn Bread and Carolina Bowl. I loved the Carolina Bowl, meaty, and the slaw was delicious, and I'm not a slaw person. My order was to go, so I ate it later and it was delicious. I will have to try it freshly made in the brick and mortar location. The Corn Bread was too dry for my taste, I had to warm it up and smothered it with butter to eat it... Will have to go to the brick and mortar location soon!"
