I had to rate the Parrot House with a measly one-star because it doesn't quite deserve anything else.
~ THE PARROTT HOUSE OF HORRORS ~ - they had sweet potato fries on the menu, but didn't actually have them - 50 minute wait for what was essentially bar

"My wife and I traveled out of town and had the privilege of getting to dinner. It was one of the best culinary experiences we had in a very long time. Every employee was really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We must not do business again in this way, but we will definitely make Chieftans the target."

"We stopped for dinner tonight at Pasta Grill in Middleburgh NY. This place had amazing food, really good prices and super friendly service. This is the kind of place I'm always looking for! The meals we got cost $9 to $11 and came with salads and fresh bread. It was perfect and we really enjoyed this place. We will come back soon!!! Absolutely perfect!!!"

"The food was excellent. The problem is that employees are short. Had a buffet night there, our drinks came when we were almost ready with our dinner. Our tablemate said when I shoot, they'll take me a drink? Great atmosphere and food, not the waiting staff mistakes, asked too much to cover, we saw our waiters deck tables, the bar and bring food to the buffet from the kitchen. You need to rent or have the staff available."
